Whether you are a new or returning patient, the staff of Robbins Dermatology looks forward to providing you with top quality skin care. If you are a new patient, you will need to fill out a check-in sheet and a patient history form, available online or at the clinic the day of your visit.

Insurance:
Insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company; they agree to negotiate discounts for you and pay certain portions of your care. However, you are responsible for knowing what they will cover, which depends on your specific plan and paying any co-pay or deductible that you may owe. We submit claims to your insurance as a courtesy to you and prefer payment of your portion at the time of service.
